Cops A to Z

08:21 – 10:04Lengthy scene begins with Onyx stopping beside a “Morris Stationery” set at right, losing her teeth, and Buster visiting a “Goat Gland” shop, all filmed on the “Metro Five Arch Set” on the west side of the Metro backlot street set just across the street from Buster’s studio. This composite view shows the Goat Gland shop stood to the right, north, of the Five Arch Set. The nook where Buster hides (center) is highlighted on the left. 08:59 The ‘extras’ (inset) are Keaton writers Clyde Bruckman and Joseph Mitchell.

The Five Arch set appears many times during Cops. It portrayed the Rector Café night club during Three Ages, and appears frequently during the cattle ‘stampede’ scenes Buster filmed at Metro for Go West.
